How to use

Warming:
You can warm the whole 500g jar at once with the lid off – 10–15 seconds in the microwave is enough for a full jar. Give it a quick stir with the spatula before use: this is a natural product with no temperature stabilisers.

If the lid won't open: Sometimes the jar gets turned upside down in transit and paste runs into the lid. Warm the jar with the lid on and ease the lid off with a clean knife. Then simply wipe the paste from the lid back into the jar.

How long does hair stay away with Sugar Buddy?

⚡️ Start by letting your hair grow for 2 weeks, so hairs in every growth phase have time to reach the surface – the paste only grips hairs you can see.
⚡️ After your first session, hair stays away for about 2–3 weeks, depending on your hair growth and other individual factors. This varies a lot from person to person.
⚡️ After your second session, the follicles start to weaken a little, and the interval may be the same 2–3 weeks or even 4 weeks. Very individual!
⚡️ With regular sessions, the interval is usually about 4–6 weeks, and over time you'll notice hair becoming sparser as some follicles stop producing hair altogether.
