Order and payment confirmation
If you have given us correct email address during the purchasing process, you will receive an email after successful order. That means your order is now been processed as soon as possible. The products and their delivery costs are paid when ordering. The delivery fee includes the cost of packaging and delivery to the nearest collection point of the partner. You will receive a pickup notification by text message. 

Delivery
We dispatch your order within the day or the next day after your order. You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

All orders are dispatched from Finland based warehouse, so our standard delivery times are: Finland 1-3 business days, Scandinavia and Baltia 2-5 business days and rest of the EU 5-10 business days. Deviating delivery times are announced on the online store's front page.

We reserve the right not to ship products if the order information is incorrect or the delivery address does not exist. We will contact you if contact detail as email address if correct. 

Good Girls Oy's online store is not responsible for possible disruptions, delays or any other harm caused in delivery.
