According to Finnish legislation, there’s no exchange- or return policy for cosmetics if the product itself is flawless.
If you have received a defective, faulty or wrongly delivered product, please contact our customer service as soon as you can, and no later than 30 days after receiving your purchase, at email@example.com to get further instructions. At first hand, a faulty product will be replaced by a new product. If we cannot provide a new similar product, the order can be canceled with a full refund.
Rigth of withdrawal
Most products purchased online have a 14-day right of withdrawal during which you can cancel your purchase for no special reason. You can use your right of withdrawal only if the package is unopened. If you use your right of withdrawal, email us firstname.lastname@example.org and send the package to us. The one who uses his right to withdraw, is responsible for the delivery costs.
Unclaimed package is not the same as a refund or cancellation. We charge delivery costs of €6.90 for unclaimed packages.
